Qwik Picz Photo Booth Rental has been in business for over 8 years and is the most reputable Photo Booth rental company in Southeast Michigan! Here are a few things that set us apart from EVERYONE else:
1) BACKUP EQUIPMENT - We bring a full set of backup electronics (Camera, Printer, Flash, Computer, Touchscreen Monitor, Cables) to your event. If anything fails which is out of our control, we can easily swap it out.
I can't tell you how many times over the years we have received last minute calls from customers where their photobooth company had to cancel on them last minute because "their printer broke". I have also heard many stories where another company's booth "broke-down" at an event. DON'T be a victim to to an inexperienced, unprepared company at you special event. There is no need for the frustration!
2) EXPERIENCED STAFF - All of our Team Members have been been with us for 4 - 8 years. They are all highly trained and experienced with our photo booths. In the event one of the electrical components fails, rest assured it will be resolved in 5 minutes or less. We are always dressed for the occasion and highly interactive with the guests at your special event. We want to provide you and your guests with a full EXPERIENCE, not just a photo booth in the corner with the guy running it sitting in a chair behind it (YES, I hear this all too often as well.)
3) ON TIME SETUP - It takes about 30 minutes to setup our photo booth. We will arrive to your event 1 1/2 to 2 hours before the event starts, so there are no worries about last minute obstacles.
4) IT'S ALL WE DO - We only rent photo booths! We strive to be EXCELLENT at what we do and provide you with the ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE. Don't settle with a company that anything and everything to make a buck. I assure you any company that offers a multitude of services, they all suffer because there is no focus.
5) FULLY INVOLVED OWNER - I, Craig am in the office everyday working on making our company better, answering your emails and phone calls, assuring you have an AMAZING EXPERIENCE that you and your guests will be bragging about for years to come. I am very responsive to all of your questions, concerns, etc. I personally promise that you will not go 24 hours without hearing back from me anytime that you reach out for something. I also make myself available the day of your event. In the case of an emergency with any of our attendants, I am always available to fill in. There is no chance you will receive a call that we can't make it because of a flat tire, car accident, illness, or_________(you fill in the blank). Most importantly, I truly love what I do and wouldn't change it for the world and hope I'll still be doing this 20 years down the road :) Exceeding you expectations is the most important thing on my to-do list everyday.
